Matt and Mike did a superb job coming out and pumping my septic. They made sure the inlet and outflow aspects were clean and functioning properly. They pointed out draining issues and offered solutions. They beat the price of previous pumping service. They should be your first call for any septic issues.

Magnificent Work by Wickstrom Team May 22, 2024

Yesterday concluded over three weeks of an extensive septic system installation on our property in Boise. The old system had been failing for a number of years, so after several consultations and test holes at the end of April, it was determined we’d need to relocate both the septic tank and drain field as well as install a complex pump system. This involved the use of multiple excavators as well as the removal of several feet of solid lava rock to comply with grading and depth requirements. My husband and I must give a shout-out to the boys at Wickstrom! (Max and Kody spent the most time on the project, but Chance was awesome as well—and of course Colton for his due diligence in winning us over to choose Wickstrom over other bids). They’ve been more than magnificent! Day after day they arrived on time and put in long days to not only get the job done but get it done right! Their work was above and beyond, including relocating a large part of the displaced dirt to other areas of our property so we could utilize it efficiently. In addition, they willingly and patiently listened to and answered our questions, without making us feel silly for not understanding or asking the same things again to make sure we understood! I feel like I’ve gained a few more sons in the process ☺️. Each one of them are hardworking gentlemen who if given the chance, I’d tell their real mommas would have made them proud!

On the advice of my son, I called Wickstrom Plumbing to do the work of switching from a septic system to city sewer. Max walked me through the scope of the work, clearly explaining the process and patiently answering all my questions. He figured out the most cost-effective route for the pipe and made an extra effort to schedule me for the next work day. He and Kody did an excellent job of removing sod before digging the trench and assured me they would make the yard look as good as new when they were done. Max and Kody did the bulk of the work with occasional help from Chance and Ferris. All the workers were friendly and polite and, most importantly, trustworthy. I have already recommended Wickstrom to several friends. Max and Kody went above and beyond. They replaced the sod, taking care to tamp it down so it was level with the rest of the grass. Part of the trench went through a gravel driveway and they replaced the old gravel with new. It looks better than it did before. They even removed an old tree stump in the gravel area. I recommend signing up for Wickstrom’s Maintenance Plan. It offers great benefits along with good discounts for repairs and installations.

A+ Experience with Carson Sep 26, 2022

Today I called them with a septic backup. Carson came out and represented the agency with the highest level of professionalism. After a thorough review of our issue, he took the time to stay here and dig my tank lid out. It was 5 feet deep. He didn’t have to do it and could have simply left. What an incredible asset Carson is for this company. A+ experience. Truly.
