Brandon and Kody were great to work with. We appreciated the care that was taken to move equipment through the fence and across the lawn. They took care of getting the pump for the subdivision off to make the needed repairs to our house water line. The work was done quickly so that the water could be turned back on for all of the homes in the subdivision. It was great that they did this job without having to dig a trench across the yard. Both Brandon and Kody were professional and friendly, we cannot say enough about how we appreciated the way we were treated. They went above and beyond in providing needed assistance when we needed to repair a leaking sprinkler line. Thanks again for patience and professionalism.

I was referred to Wickstrom through Facebook. We had a backed up toilet that needed to be addressed right away. I spoke to a very nice lady who was able to send a tech the next day! Farris came early and ready; he had these orange booties on and a Wickstrom floor mat down despite me saying, 'It’s OK, you don’t need to use it.' He was able to unclog the toilet quickly and teach us a few things about toilet and drain care that we needed to know. He had great tips on products to use that can help break down hair and other items that can back up drains. I was pleased with the overall experience and will definitely be using them again.

I was referred to Wickstrom through a Facebook neighborhood page when we had a toilet backup. I called, and to my surprise, they were running some great promos! I was able to schedule service for the next day from 9-12 pm. I received a call day of and was told my tech was available sooner. For anyone who has a backed-up toilet, sooner than later is a blessing. Farris came with his orange booties and Wickstrom floor mat and saved the day! He was very knowledgeable, explained in detail different scenarios we could expect, and gave us advice on different products we could use to make sure our pipes were working well! We not only unclogged the toilet, but he also went outside to make sure it was clearing to the sewage line. I highly suggest this company for your plumbing needs, and if it’s a drainage issue, definitely ask for Farris!
