ONE YEAR RISK FREE GUARANTEE Within the first year after the installation of your system, if you are not 100% satisfied with your system’s performance, our service, or our people, we will remove the system (within 30 days of your request) and cheerfully refund you the entire amount of your investment. | TWO YEAR TEST DRIVE GUARANTEE If your new system fails to keep you comfortable up to two years after installation, we will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve the issue with the existing equipment, we will replace the system with a new system of equal value for free. |

- One of our uniformed Comfort Advisors in a marked Wickstrom vehicle
- An indoor air quality test performed with our lab tested equipment
- Shoe covers worn and your property respected
- An explanation of the whole process upon arrival
Time Commitment:
The visit and system design will take about 2 ½ hours of your time. If this is inconvenient, or you feel you cannot spare this kind of time, please let us know so we can reschedule to a time that meets your needs. This is the 3rd largest investment decision any homeowner makes, so we feel it is critical that you are as informed, educated, and comfortable as possible.
Who Needs To Be There:
Anyone who may be involved in the education and decision process would greatly benefit from being there to ask questions. This is important to both of us, so all questions can be answered.
